When initiating a return or exchange, kindly ensure that tags remain intact if it was included with your piece. Furthermore, the item must be in pristine condition and sent back in its original packaging. Please be advised that pieces that have been damaged, engraved, embossed, resized, or exhibit signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all returns and exchanges will undergo a thorough quality assurance inspection prior to acceptance.

We would like to inform you that the initial order shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned products will be reimbursed.
